A tablet-based multi-dimensional drawing system can effectively distinguish patients with amnestic MCI from healthy individuals

Participants

Participants were recruited from the memory or neurology clinic of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021. The study group included 38 patients with aMCI and 26 NC individuals with junior high school education or above (> 6 years). They all had normal vision and hearing and could complete neuropsychological assessment and drawing tasks. All participants underwent a rigorous evaluation, including a standardized neuropsychological battery, structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain, blood tests, and neurologist diagnosis.
