In honor of National Postdoc Appreciation week and on behalf of the UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, I would like to thank all the postdocs who have come through our programs and who have made important contributions to the success of our research enterprise.
Over the years postdoctoral scholars have partnered with UCSF Radiology faculty on projects that have impacted the field radiology producing improved clinical outcomes for patients. Postdocs have played a crucial role in ensuring the success of many projects.
Since its early days, the department has fostered an environment that prepares postdocs for successful careers in academia and in private industry.
