Physical activity linked to reduced dementia risk in seniors

(HealthDay)—Increased physical activity, including a low amount of light-intensity physical activity (LPA), is associated with a reduced risk for dementia among older adults, according to a study published online Dec. 16 in JAMA Network Open.
