Chancellor Awards for Diversity at UC San Francisco recognize the outstanding efforts of individuals who demonstrate a strong dedication to diversity. According to the Office of Diversity and Outreach, individuals recognized are leaders and pioneers in their respective fields and to the communities in which they serve. The 2021 awards also highlight those whose contributions are aligned with UCSF’s Anti-racism Initiative. UCSF Radiology is pleased to announce that Peder Larson, PhD is the 2021 faculty recipient of Chancellor Award for Disability Service. Dr. Larson is an associate professor in residence and a principal investigator at UCSF Radiology. He received his award virtually on October 28, 2022.
