Materials
Aβ42 was purchased from CS Bio Co (USA). D-GSH (≥98%) was bought from GL Biochem., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). L-GSH (≥98%), sodium citrate tribasic dehydrate (≥99%), gold (III) chloride trihydrate (HAuCl4·3H2O), Thioflavin T (ThT), sodium borohydride (NaBH4), 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP), 2M NaOH aqueous solution, phosphotungstic acid, and PBS (pH = 7.4) were got from Alfa Aesar. Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and acetonitrile were purchased from Beijing Chemical Reagent Company. Concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) were of the highest purity and bought from Sigma Aldrich (USA).
