Alzheimer’s disease neuroimaging initiative (ADNI) cohort
ADNI data was obtained through the University of Southern California’s Laboratory of Neuroimaging (LONI) data repository (http://adni.loni.ucla.edu/), where data and results have been made accessible through the AMP-AD Knowledge Portal (https://ampadportal.org). The AMP-AD Knowledge Portal is the distribution site for data, analysis results, analytical methodology and research tools generated by the AMP-AD Target Discovery and Preclinical Validation Consortium and multiple Consortia and research programs supported by the National Institute on Aging. Institutional Review Board approval and written informed consent was obtained at each of the participating institutions.
