Dr. Amanda Baker, UCSF Clinical Fellow, Awarded ASPNR Travel Grant

Amanda Baker, MD, received the Charlotte and Thierry Huisman Travel Grant AwardWe are excited to congratulate Amanda Baker, MD, for receiving the Charlotte and Thierry Huisman Travel Grant Award. Dr. Baker, a Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology Fellow at the UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, was presented with the award at the January 13-15 Annual American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology (ASPNR) Scientific Meeting in New Orleans.

Dr. Baker was selected for her research, “Patterns of MRI Brain Injury in Children after Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest.” The grant provides a travel scholarship and enables a qualified trainee to attend the ASPNR meeting and enhance the individual’s exposure to the field of pediatric neuroradiology.
