Zhen Jane Wang, MD Accepts the Role of Section Chief, Abdominal Imaging and Ultrasound

The UC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is pleased to announce that Zhen Jane Wang, MD professor in the UCSF Department of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging, has accepted the role of Section Chief, Abdominal Imaging and Ultrasound, effective June 15, 2022.

In her new role, Dr. Wang will build on the international stature of the Abdominal Imaging and Ultrasound section and provide vision and leadership for its continued growth through innovations in clinical practice, research and education,” says Christopher Hess, MD, PhD, department chair. “A respected teacher and mentor, Dr. Wang will also support the professional development of trainees and faculty in the section.”
